Veterinary Surgeon

Viraf

Viraf joins us from Melbourne, Australia after coming to the UK in 2017, where he began working in practice in Berkshire, before joining our permanent Vet Team here in London. Initially unsure whether to study human or animal medicine, thankfully for us Viraf's acute fondness for small furry companions won through and he graduated from Melbourne University in 2015. With a keen interest in ultrasound, neurology and soft tissue surgery, Viraf is looking forward to continuing to grow his surgical experience over the next few years. Viraf puts his long standing client relationships high on the list of what makes him a great vet! When not in surgery Viraf enjoys playing ice hockey, reading and painting landscapes and mountains from his travels.

Kate qualified in Australia in 2011 and joined our London team in the summer of 2018. Prior to this Kate had spent time in busy hospitals in Australia before leaving in 2015 to travel and volunteer in Asia and Europe. Being an incredibly knowledgeable addition to our wonderful team, Kate's wisdom in both complex medicine cases and soft tissue surgery is extensive. Kate is a proficient sonographer (ultrasound) and enjoys building strong relationships with all our clients to ensure your precious pets are greeted by a friendly, experienced and caring vet. In 2019 Kate is hoping to begin studying for an advanced qualification in Small Animal Medicine. Outside of the surgeries Kate enjoys ready, playing sport and hiking!

Very friendly, knowledgeable and excellent level of care.
    Sophie & Neil James-Glover
Quick and friendly response to an urgent situation. Great advice and care given. Would highly recommend.
    Fiona Eastaugh
I've been going to this surgery for years. They could not be more kind and caring, they really seem to know my pets' personalities and managed not to take umbrage at my grumpy cat. When he was very ill they went above and beyond to support me and care for him. They really are brilliant.
